Solid Edge V12 Tooltips flyouts misbehave under Windows XP.
When you install Solid Edge V12 under Windows XP you will notice that the Tooltips flyouts sometimes have a text that doesn't correspond with the icon. The "New file" icon will have the text "Open" etc. This tip explains how you can fix this problem.
